On what would be John Lennon's 67th birthday Yoko Ono has posted up a poem here
Admittedly she may not be the worlds greatest writer but the vitriol directed towards her in the comments left are disgusting and make me feel ashamed.
If anyone finds her words offensive they should take a look at themselves. Her and John REALLY and I mean really believed in the power of love and peace. If that scares you and makes you want to leave painful, hurtful comments then I think you need to take a look at yourself.
Anyone that appreciates Lennon would see he would hate us to carry on this malice towards her.
And for Gods sake does anyone REALLY still believe she split up the Beatles...come on!

It is honestly quite embarassing how much hate they spew in her direction. She may be an odd duck, but she loved John Lennon and he loved her back. The Beatles split because egos became engorged, which is to be expected when you're suddenly in the biggest band in the cosmos. People need to let it go.
