I have a brand spanking new one to watch. Hailing from my hometown of Reading in the great county of Berskhire The Dirty are a 4 piece proper rock n roll band. Lorded by Zane Lowe and currently touring across the UK these boys are destined for big things.
They were recently signed to Brown Punk which is the creation of Island legend Chris Blackwell and beats maestro Tricky. They have practically finished their first album and have been performing a rake of shows supporting people like The Stooges, the Horrors and and Idlewild.
Single, "Why I think its love" is available now for download - its dirty, its raw and makes me kinda excited. Go forth and buy!

Ahh so thats what Brown Punk is... I saw on a tube map, a little addition, an extra station to stop at and thought 'wow what a bloody fantastic way of promoting, so subtle, so cunning'.

yeah i heard about these boys. They have an amazing sound, good to hear some proper rock n roll for a change! Superb.
